Won't use them again!! Ordering from this company was easy before, this year however is a nightmare, poor customer service, no deliveries when they confirmed it will be. Making complain is no point, as they give all the excuses under the sun, and don't really solve the problem.
Update:. Your response is another proof of poor service. You did confirm the delivery, however when our team was on site that day, waiting.... you phoned instead to say you forgot to load it and we must wait another 10 days!!! When my admin staff phone to query this she was told different story, then when we escalate the case she was told its because of the post code? Honestly it's a disgrace!
Awful. Avoid this company. Let down badly on delivery. Their comms is almost non existent, and what comes is bland from a keyboard, going through the motions, presumably with a smile that they have ripped another customer off.

Great quality product delivered on time with plenty of updates to let us know exactly when it would be delivered. Delivery man was very helpful and polite. A very positive purchase.

Just received our 2nd order of grass for our balcony,the grass was ordered on Friday 16th April and it arrived at 1440hrs Monday 19th April by 1520hrs it was fitted on 3rd floor balcony.Excellent service and if I had a 3rd balcony would not hesitate in using Grass 247 again or if and when any friends are in need of artificial grass would not hesitate in recommending them.

Great selection of grades of grass, competative prices ease of ordering and prompt delivery we are really pleased with the quality of the grass
Grass came much quicker than expected. It's made such a difference to our garden. I'm very pleased.
Ordered on a Sunday received on Tuesday, good quality, had to store till finish prep work, no complaint about service or quality. Would and have recommended to others.
